Was lying in bed this morning, slowly waking up to NPR, and heard the news of Hunter Thompson's death. He obviously felt it was time to go, but I'm still very sad that he's no longer on the planet. I'll miss that experience of every now and then reading a new article of his that burned as brightly as all of his earlier work.
